Whether she’s on her “speed pedelec,” effortlessly covering the 40-kilometer commute at a blazing 45 km/h or delving into the day’s tasks, Hanneke’s dedication is unmistakable.

Having spearheaded iCRA’s initiatives in Ethiopia under the CDAIS banner, Hanneke is an engaging trainer who helps stakeholders navigate innovation processes in complex environments. Growing up in Italy and living and working abroad for many years, she grasps the nuances of diverse cultures and environments, adapting her approach with finesse.

As a critical thinker, Hanneke fearlessly tackles the tough questions, enriching discussions and serving as a valuable sparring partner for her colleagues. Her coordination of iCRA’s global agriculture and education programs reflects her unwavering determination to cultivate the best ideas and match them with the most suitable experts, within our organization and partner network.
