Specializing in capacity building and training design at the intersection of agriculture, business, and entrepreneurship, Cees Peter has made significant contributions to iCRA. Colleagues praise his willingness to jump in and get the boat moving, making him an excellent agribusiness coach.
Growing up in a family of six, raised by an education enthusiast and a contextual therapist, Cees Peter learned the value of innovation and communication early on. An alumnus of Wageningen University, he further enriched his expertise at Bopinc and the Partnership Resource Centre. Bringing his Dutch heritage to work, Cees Peter embraces radical candor and describes himself as pragmatic, dedicated, cheerful, opportunistic yet critical, and transparent.
At iCRA, Cees Peter focuses on fostering teamwork and collaborative action in the agricultural sector. He manages quality and development of iCRA’s Agribusiness Cluster (ABC) formation tools and coordinates the ‘Making Agribusiness Work’ course, equipping participants with the skills for partnership building and facilitation.
In his free time, Cees Peter enjoys exploring unpaved roads on his gravel bike, mirroring his adventurous approach to work.
