Who is this Masterclass for?
This Masterclass is designed for agri-food professionals and development professionals in leadership roles. Whether you’re managing a team of 5 to 10+ people in a private service provider, a project organization or an (i)NGO.
We get it- leaders are busy! That’s why this program is short, flexible, and highly effective. To make the most of it, participants should be highly committed and ready to invest 6-8 hours per week over five weeks.
What’s included in this Masterclass?
Making Leadership Work is an interactive, online Masterclass designed to help you strengthen your leadership skills in a hands-on way.
- Learn at your own pace. Each week, you’ll explore a new module in iCRA’s online learning space, LearningStone. Expect bite-sized texts, audio content, and videos that break down key leadership concepts.
- Practice & get feedback. Through exercises, you’ll apply what you learn right away. Get feedback from both trainers and peers, making your learning experience dynamic and interactive.
- Engage in live sessions. Join five highly interactive online sessions where iCRA trainers guide you in applying new leadership skills directly to your professional life. These sessions are also a great place to exchange experiences with fellow participants!
Starting date is May 12th – 2025 with online preparations. The course includes five interactive sessions of 2 hours each, on Monday afternoons: May 12, 19, 26 and June 2 and (Tuesday) 10, 2025. Sessions are from 2-4 pm (CEST).
We especially encourage local NGOs, SMEs, and private service providers to join. To make this Masterclass more accessible, we offer a special discounted tuition fee of €947. Reach out to us to discuss the options!

Block 1: Creating a Positive Working Culture

Block 2: Managing Individual Staff Members
Master adapting your leadership style to the specific task, skill set, and motivation levels of your employees. Learn techniques for effective staff management that promotes growth and dedication.
Block 3: Addressing Underperformance
Gain skills to address underperformance constructively, maintaining strong relationships with employees. Develop strategies to handle performance issues positively and effectively.
Block 4: Self-Inquiry and Personal Growth
Engage in self-inquiry to overcome personal challenges and stressors. Learn to deal with negative thoughts and beliefs, and become an inspirational role model for your team.
