Who is this course designed for?
iCRA designed Booster l’Apprentissage for agri-food professionals who provide training. This course is for trainers with the ambition to deliver engaging, impactful sessions. During this course you will practice new methods to guide practice-based learning. You will also (re)design and deliver a training session.
What’s included in this course?
When your course begins, you will be invited our online learning environment ‘Learningstone’. You will also join a Whatsapp group dedicated to your cohort. Each week you will explore a module online at your own pace. You will learn new concepts through short texts, audio content and videos. Exercises enable you practice what you learn and receive feedback from your trainers and peers. We also organise weekly, interactive online session. There our trainers will guide you to start applying new skills to your professional life .
A face-to-face training is also included in most of our courses. Training days follow a packed schedule of classroom sessions, field visits and group assignments. The tuition fee covers your course materials alongside lunch and snacks on training days. Accommodation, travel, visa costs, other meals and additional costs you might face are not included.

The Program
Block 1: Designing Skill-Based Training
Effective training extends beyond the confines of a classroom. Learn to identify the specific needs of your participants. Then ground learning in relevant, real-life scenarios and provide opportunities for practice. Explore the tools and methodologies like the Diagnostic Matrix and Learning Staircase to design programs that give your trainees new skills.
Block 2: Delivering Practice-Based Training
Master the art of delivering powerful explanations that stick and facilitate practical learning. You will learn to use practical exercises to reinforce learning and to harvest learning outcomes. Develop engaging teaching strategies that bring classroom knowledge to life.
Block 3: Motivating Students and Managing Classroom Dynamics
Gain techniques to inspire trainees, manage challenging classroom dynamics, and provide constructive feedback. Create a positive and motivating learning environment that fosters student engagement and success.
