Meet Rodrigo

Meet Rodrigo, a seasoned project consultant with a background in business, marketing and strategic planning for farming organisations. Currently, acts as a national consultant for iCRA in Colombia, where he supports communication for development within the SASI—SPI project.

Rodrigo first came into contract with iCRA when he received a Nuffic scholarship to participate in a training program in Antigua, Guatemala. Since then we have continued to collaborate. In partnership with local organizations in Cauca, Colombia, Rodrigo supported iCRA to develop two tailor-made training programs for local actors. Our ongoing partnership focuses on building resilience and income in farming and rural organizations. Rodrigo’s ambition is to support young people in finding fruitful opportunities and a good quality of life in the agri-food sector.

Rodrigo enjoys listening and dancing to salsa music. He also takes pleasure in teaching salsa to foreigners in his spare time!
