Meet Kola

Meet Kola, CEO of AGRi’IN, an organization that provides practical training and advisory services in agricultural value chain facilitation and governance. AGRi’IN specializes in practice-centered learning for professionals in the agro-food sector and agricultural training. The organisation also offers strategic and organizational diagnostic services and expertise services to produce knowledge useful for public action in the agricultural sector. Kola is responsible for designing, developing and implementing strategic plans for AGRi’IN. He also directly carries out AGRi’IN’s services including facilitating training, supporting ABCs, carrying out studies.

Kola first collaborated with iCRA during the implementation of the CDAIS project, working closely with the CIRAD team and iCRA colleagues Hanneke, Myriam, and Mariette. This collaboration has been instrumental in enhancing AGRi’IN’s visibility and strengthening the skills of its staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality services. AGRi’IN also promotes iCRA locally in Burkina Faso as a center of excellence in agro-food coaching and agricultural professional training. Together, iCRA and AGRi’IN are jointly implementing projects in Burkina Faso, working towards shared goals.

Kola enjoys the simple pleasure of eating “poulet bicyclette” under the mango trees, a favorite local dish that brings comfort and joy.
