Meet Hance, the CEO of 360 connect Co Ltd. Hance is one of iCRA’s partners and a trainer based in Tanzania. We connected with Hance through the AGRICONNECT project where he was trained as an agribusiness trainer. He immediately found that iCRA’s mission, culture and approach resonated with him.

360 Connect is a consultancy company that supports agricultural producers, aggregators and other key stakeholders along value chains to build strong business skills. They support with financial management, market linkage, leadership and governance, entrepreneurship, youth mentorship and coaching, workshop facilitation, tailor-made trainings, and credit assessment for agri-food small and medium sized enterprises. 360 Connect now supports iCRA’s activities in Tanzania and connects with partners located in the region.
